Each release of Commodore's Cut is a single barrel, personally selected to honor those who serve across all four pillars — Military, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, and EMS. A portion of proceeds from every release supports a charitable cause tied to that community.
Cut No. 1 — May 2026
Released to coincide with the Naval Helicopter Association (NHA) annual symposium.
Charitable donation to the NHA Foundation.

Released in support of veteran health and recovery, ahead of Suicide Prevention Month in September.

founded by the Colorado Bourbon & Rye Collectors community. Onyx & Amber ages sourced whiskey at altitude in Denver's unique climate,
where barometric pressure swings and dry mountain air accelerate maturation and concentrate flavor.
